Refund Policy

We're committed to providing value through our investment education programs. Our refund policy ensures fairness while supporting serious learners on their financial education journey.

Refund Eligibility & Timeframes

Understanding when you can request a refund helps set clear expectations. We've designed our policy to be fair for both students and our educational programs.

Full Course Refunds

Available within 14 days of program commencement if less than 20% of materials have been accessed. No questions asked during this period.

Partial Refunds

Between days 15-30, partial refunds may be considered based on completed modules and individual circumstances. Assessment required.

Technical Issues

Full refunds available anytime if we cannot resolve platform access problems within 7 business days of reported issues.

Course Cancellation

If vitastorilyx cancels or significantly changes a program, full refunds are automatically provided within 5 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Requests made after 30 days from program start date
  • Programs where certification has been completed and issued
  • Violation of our terms of service or academic integrity policies
  • Downloadable resources that have been accessed multiple times
  • One-on-one mentoring sessions that have been conducted

Processing Timeframes

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds return to your original payment method, though bank processing may take additional time.

Provide Required Information

We'll ask for specific details about your experience and may request screenshots of any technical issues you've encountered.

Review Process

Our team reviews your request within 2 business days. We may contact you for additional information or to discuss alternatives.

Decision & Processing

You'll receive our decision via email. If approved, refund processing begins immediately and completes within 5-10 business days.

Special Circumstances

We understand that life happens. Medical emergencies, job loss, or family situations may affect your ability to complete our programs. While we can't guarantee refunds in these cases, we're often able to work out alternative solutions like program transfers or extended access periods. Contact us to discuss your situation — we're here to help.

For payment plan students, refunds are calculated based on payments made minus any completed module values. If you've paid in installments, we'll review your specific payment history to determine eligible refund amounts.
